Always make sure when you fold up your tent after camping, that it is dry to prevent mould that can damage the fabric and may effect longevity. Once your tents is clean and dry, stow it in the supplied bag in a clean, dry, cool place.

– Before deflating your tent make sure the groundsheet is clear of any foreign objects, this can prevent any damage to the tubes. It is recommended to wash your tent with fresh water and let it dry, after it’s been used at the beach, especially the zippers.
– When storing your tent, do not place heavy objects on the bag containing the tent.

Do not inflate TheWescape tents above 2.5 PSI/0.17 Bar. Notice: direct sunlight will increase the internal pressure.

Use the inflation valve for inflation only and dump valves for deflation only. Before inflation, ensure that all dump valves are closed, for deflation open all the dump valves to release the air.

When the tent is inflated, make sure the bottom corners of the tubes are stretched out all the way to the corners of the cover.

Sharp objects may damage the inflatable structure. Make sure there are no sharp objects on or below the groundsheet before inflating or deflating the tent.

What should I do if my product arrives defective?

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at douw@thewescape.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect. Our team will assess the claim and advise on the next steps.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you may request to cancel your order, but once production has started, cancellation may incur costs. The ability to cancel and any associated fees depend on the stage of production and our agreement. Please contact us promptly, and we’ll assess any costs before confirming your cancellation.
